  • Eligibility for Refunds/Exchanges: Returns are only eligible for goods that arrive damaged. To qualify for a refund or exchange:

    • The damaged product must be reported and returned within 7 calendar days of purchase.

    • The Flower Garden Fragrance Boutique reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these criteria or if the damage is determined to have occurred after delivery.

  • Reporting Damages: If you receive a damaged item, it is important to report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. This allows us to address the issue promptly and ensure a smooth resolution.

  • Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item and or a photo of the damaged product:

    • Our team will carefully inspect the item to verify the damage.

    • If approved, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. For credit card payments, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.

    • In cases where the original payment method cannot be verified, refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.

  • Ineligible Returns: Products that are returned after 7 calendar days, or items that are not reported as damaged within the specified timeframe, are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Additionally, items that show signs of use or damage caused after delivery will not qualify for a return.
