Charlize Cunningham
Charlize is a results-driven retail professional with over 17 years of experience in store management, sales strategy, and customer service excellence - as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business from Drexel University. Her journey in beauty culture dates back to 1998, when she first began cultivating her passion for cosmetology and beauty products. Charlize's passion for the fragrance industry is evident in her roles as a Fragrance Business Manager and Men’s Fragrance and Grooming Business Manager, where she built loyal client bases, organized successful vendor events, and curated exceptional shopping experiences. Educated by LVMH, one of the top fragrance houses in the world, she has gained unparalleled knowledge and expertise in the art and science of perfumery. This unique insight allows her to connect customers with scents that perfectly match their preferences and needs. Throughout her career, Charlize has held leadership roles at renowned retailers such as Saks Off Fifth, Nordstrom, and Lord & Taylor, where she honed her expertise in budgeting, workforce coaching, merchandising, and inventory control. She has successfully led teams of up to 28 staff members, fostering collaboration and driving performance to exceed key business objectives - such as achieving 150% improvement in customer service scores and a 125% increase in sales revenue. Further, while at Lord & Taylor, Charlize managed a million-dollar fragrance business, showcasing her ability to drive exceptional results in the luxury retail space. In addition to her professional achievements, Charlize is the founder of Moneera's Miracles, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting single mothers. Inspired by her own experiences and a commitment to empowering others, Moneera's Miracles provides resources, emotional support, and financial assistance to help single mothers build stable and thriving lives for themselves and their children. Charlize is also skilled in CRM systems, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite. She is dedicated to inspiring teams, optimizing operations, and creating memorable customer experiences that drive long-term success, while also making a meaningful impact in her community.
